Licensing & Terms

All assets are the sole property of Emma Webb Studio, and are held under copyright even after purchase. Reselling or distributing the original files is strictly prohibited.

"Licensed Asset" refers to any individual purchase by the Licensee (This means the pack as a whole, not each individual illustration, graphic or pattern)

Vectors, Graphics & Patterns:

Vectors & Patterns may be used for Commercial purposes with the following limitations per purchase:

  • Unlimited personal use – art prints for the home, scrapbooking, personal gifts, personal social media profiles etc.

  • One logo or brand identity (cannot be trademarked)

  • Up to 5,000 physical or digital end products for sale per Licensed Asset – art prints, homewares, clothing, digital products etc.

  • One user per Licensed Asset

  • One business social media account owned and managed by the licensee

  • Unlimited use for advertising - on posters, printed material, paid social media adverts (for one social media account only)

  • Broadcast and streaming for up to 500,000 lifetime viewers

  • When used in a logo design, the Licensed Asset must be significantly altered, and/or not be the dominant part of the logo.

Prohibited Uses:

The following uses are NOT permitted and are a violation of the copyright.

  • Using any Licensed Asset "as is". This includes as printables, art prints, print on demand etc.

  • Using Licensed Asset on any directly competitive products, such as repeat patterns or altered vectors.

  • Using licensed Asset within Apps & Software

  • Reselling or Redistribution of Licensed Assets

  • Licensed Asset may not be used as part of a trademark, service mark, design mark, trade-name, or similar use

  • Licensee may not claim the Licensed Asset (or a modification thereof) as its own copyrighted work (the original Licensed Asset must be disclaimed in any copyright registration)

Refunds & Exchanges:

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital items, I do not accept exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I will fix the issue as soon as possible.
